Telecommuting is just one example of the flexible work arrangements that General Mills can offer you. We also offer flextime, where start times and work hours can flex with your needs, and part-time arrangements where business conditions allow.

In our corporate headquarters, we’re even adding flexibility to the workspace. Some departments are implementing FUSE (Flexible User Shared Environment) workspaces that don’t include offices or even cubes. Each professional can sit and work where they need, giving them the flexibility to more easily collaborate with other team members and more efficiently use their workspace.

Education and referral services
Our nationwide education and referral program provides information and resources on important subjects such as childcare, adoption information, elder care and more.
