Aperçu et Responsabilités

This role is part of the Brand Experience team and is responsible for collaborating with the Kid Cereal and Innovation BX Planners to translate the brand’s business objectives and experience strategies into consumer first content plans on Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Reese’s Puffs and new cereal brands/line extensions. You’ll partner with external partners and internal resources to deliver a plan and execute it in the most optimal way. 

You’ll deeply understand consumer content consumption behaviors & habits, ensuring the brands creative resonates with our consumer in the right place, time and context. You’ll learn how to partner with broad teams and business owners to drive brand relevancy and growth.

Position Description:

  • Develop and execute holistic content plans in support of an idea that creates valuable consumer experiences.
  • Partner with cross functional teams and agencies to ensure an idea is communicated in the right way for the right channel.
  • Build and determine brand presence on social, digital, and e-comm channels and manage content calendar across channels, as an extension of content plan.
  • Work with production team to oversee development and execution of owned, earned, and paid content.
  • Manage design and community management resources to ensure content shows up with a look and feel consistent with the brand.
  • Deliver content performance analysis and real time insights from social listening to inform creative and content planning. 
  • Apply innovative ideas and fresh ways to engage with our audience into content planning.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Business
  • 3 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in full service, media, digital, and/or consulting agency
  • Functional knowledge of multiple communication touchpoints (Including traditional and digital media, performance & acquisition media, SEM, CRM, social)
  • Understanding of measurement, attribution, trafficking, & budget management
  • Ability to leverage design skills to supplement creative asset development is strongly preferred

 

Skills and Experience:

  • High bias for action
  • Tenacious attention to detail, and ability to steward multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to partner and collaborate across a matrixed internal teams and agency partners
  • Fluency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (provided) preferred, most notably: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro
