Aperçu et Responsabilités

The Supply Chain Talent Analyst role provides process and operations support across the talent management lifecycle for the Global Supply Chain. It involves a range of responsibilities impacting the effective and efficient delivery of various talent processes and data to key stakeholders within Supply Chain and TOC (Talent & Organization Capabilities).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fully own the execution of talent management processes and operations for Supply Chain, including:

Performance Management

  • Plans and supports calibration meetings, leads communication follow-ups, and audits Workday for completeness (e.g., ensuring all performance ratings are entered in Workday)
  • Audits and provides report-out on priorities, including Engaging Leader Priorities, to ensure they are entered in Workday
  • Collaborates with global process owner to integrate consumer feedback and continuously enhance the process for employees
  • Collaborates with global process owner to define measures of success for these processes and put related audits in place to track those measures

Engagement

  • Supports results template creation and populating as needed
  • Supports action planning template creation
  • Tracks and creates summary of action planning activities
  • Provides quarterly updates on progress against action plans

People & Organization Review

  • Plan and support calibration meetings, deck content creation, and ongoing talent meeting preparation.
  • Track development plans and activities for CTT throughout the year.
  • Collaborates with global process owner to integrate consumer feedback and continuously enhance the process for employees
  • Collaborates with global process owner to define measures of success for these processes and put related audits in place to track those measures

Talent Insights

  • Partner with Workforce Insights team to manage Supply Chain talent dashboard and diversity metrics to identify insights on key themes and focus areas warranting additional analyses
  • Provide monthly talent strategy metric reporting and insights.

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Partner with D&I HRBP liaison on key D&I OGSM deliverables
  • Support SC Network leaders with data requests as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Proven analytical/critical thinking skills and understanding of talent practices and use of Workday data analytics
  • Ability to interpret HR and business data, develop and effectively communicate and drive actionable insights that influence decisions
  • Experienced in applying user-experience design thinking skills to advance projects
  • Experience navigating large, complex organizations (ex. multi-function, dispersed geographies)
  • Very strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to influence various stakeholder audiences
  • Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Working knowledge of HR technology systems, business intelligence tools, and data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of talent management/org effectiveness experience
  • Highly prefer experience with talent management processes including succession planning, development and performance management
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field with 2 years of talent management/organization effectiveness experience
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
