  • Lead projects and few (1-2) smaller engagements and take end to end accountability for the same.
  • Evaluate multiple data sources (Survey data, Point of Sale data, Social media, External reports) and synthesize this data to draw detailed analysis and insights. Provide the “story” not just the data.

70% of time:

Quantitative research

  • Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate research methods based on business requirement.
  • Questionnaire designing and survey programming on platform.
  • Partnering with agencies and monitor all operational aspects of the project.
  • Analyzing data, report writing and presenting the results to clients
  • Apply statistical techniques where appropriate to enhance the analysis output.
  • Create a story out of the insights which come out of data, rather than just charting the quant results.

Develop proficiency in using third party research platforms like Qualtrics.

30% of time:

Social Media Listening & Connected Insights (Qualitative research)

  • Read and understand qualitative data i.e. social media comments
  • Analyze consumer behavior in terms of their attitudes, opinions, and actions to enable brand teams to understand brand sentiment, upcoming trends and campaign performance in the social space.
  • Evaluate multiple data sources (Survey data, Point of Sale data, Social media, External reports) and synthesize this data to draw detailed analysis and insights to answer the specific business questions.
  • Develop proficiency in using multiple tools like Euromonitor and Crimson Hexagon.
  • Deliver bigger and complex projects under supervision of team leader/ manager within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards.

  • Complete and Leverage IDP for self-development
  • Identify and undergo self-learning modules.
