Overview & Responsibilities

The team is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Marketing Associate to lead Holistic Margin Management efforts for our Yogurt & Snacks businesses, run our Portfolio Builder (Meals, Natural and Organic) businesses and provide ongoing business support across Yogurt and Snacks.  

  • Lead Cross-Functional Yogurt, Snacks & Portfolio Builders teams to deliver Holistic Margin Management projects and pipeline developmentConduct weekly team meetings
  • Define Holistic Margin Management pipelines. Charter and manage projects to deliver targeted savings
  • Identify synergies and collaborate with retail brand teams on cross-segment initiatives
  • Project Management: Manage new product development cycle for new SKUs or UPC changes across Yogurt, Snacks & Portfolio builders Lead all packaging changes, working with cross-functional teams to deliver timely results. 
  • Partner with AMMs and cross functional teams to develop and manage against Cereal Partners Worldwide project timelines
  • Initiate all SKU creation activities (PPL/UPCs) 
  • Develop sales materials as needed
  • Prepare content for PEAK (volume forecasting) & Launch to Win monthly milestones as needed for Portfolio Builders, leveraging inputs from cross functional team and channel partners to
  • Conduct ad hoc business reporting and analysis 
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years related business experience, 3 years preferred
  • Strong project management skills: ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects and project teams
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build team relationships, especially across functions.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify and elevate opportunities/risks across projects and work to help team achieve goals
  • Strong PC Skills (Excel, Powerpoint) and preferred familiarity with GMI systems (Bex, Essbase, ECLIPS, GMI Cube, Sharepoint)
