Overview & Responsibilities

• The Media Data Analyst will be responsible for managing Global harmonization of Media data across markets, manage standardization of Local media spends plan & entries in the Media Tools
• Single point of contact to all Media data related questions from stakeholders
• This individual will coordinate with technical team to work on ways of integrating Media with Sales data to enable connected insights
• Candidate must be well versed with Media KPIs & updated with latest trends and technology of the media world (digital media) who can bring in fresh perspective on Media measurements

80% of Time Operational Responsibilities
– Consolidate & harmonize data collected from local media agencies and make it report ready
– Manage on a monthly/quarterly basis integration of local media plans into Media tools
– Keep track of planned & actual data updates in the Media tools maintaining 100% data quality
– Communication with Media agencies (Global + Local), Brand teams, Media Managers, etc.
– Active participation in Media Analysis for the stakeholders including Data mining, Story building & presentations

20%  of Time Others
– Work on Sales data mapping to understand brands & category better
– Find opportunity of optimization in the current process
– Make presentations on the right forum
– Self Development

Qualifications

Education

Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Major Area of Study: Marketing

Experience

Minimum years of related experience required: 3 years.

Preferred years of related experience: 3 – 5 years ideally with Media Agency experience

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed

• Strong understanding of Media KPIs & keywords
• Data handling skills with good excel knowledge
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with international markets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Data analysis & Reporting skill
• Working Experience with Media Data mining & reporting
• Experience in SQL (good to have)
