What is General Mills Brand Camp?

This is a three-day immersion at General Mills for students who are entering their 1st year of Business School with an interest general management and/or brand marketing.  This camp will put you in the fast lane for an internship opportunity at General Mills for the summer of 2020.

Why come to the General Mills Brand Camp?

General Mills Brand Camp will provide you a unique opportunity to interact with leaders and innovators of the food industry, understand the challenges and opportunities facing marketer’s today’s, and learn what it takes to lead a cross-functional team.

If you are accepted for the 2019 Brand Camp, you will:

  • Interview for a summer 2020 internship position within our Marketing function at General Mills
  • Learn the role of a general manager in leading cross-functional teams, building brands and driving the PnL
  • Experience the General Mills culture where collaboration and team work are central to our success
  • Connect with interns, recent graduates, Marketing Managers & General Mills leadership
  • See what the Twin Cities has to offer – you might be surprised!
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing and/or General Management concentration(s)
  • Candidate must be entering their 1st year of a two-year MBA program

At General Mills, internships are considered temporary employment with a start date in early June and ends in mid-August of 2020. Over the course of our 10 week internship, candidates with satisfactory standings can be considered for a full-time position upon graduation.
