The Human Resources Manager, Supply Chain Global Functions will be the HRBP to US based Sourcing, Engineering, and Supply Chain COEs employees. This role will design and implement, in alignment with global HR and functional leads, all strategies related to Engagement, D&I, Talent management, Organizational design, and Change management for functional projects within the mentioned areas.

 

The HR Manager will have one direct report that will closely support the SC COEs and mainly activate the change management agenda to enable Supply Chain’s Global Operating Model.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Engage with NA SC senior leaders (Vice President level) in Sourcing, Engineering and SC COEs to design and drive strategies related to Talent, Engagement and Culture.
  • Lead Diversity efforts (D&I) that will enable SC to become a lighthouse for representation, development, and retention of diverse talent.
  • Lead Inclusion efforts (D&I) to build a strong culture of belonging through Allyship, EL behaviors and Capability building for inclusive leaders.  
  • Lead all people related matters as we stand the SC Global Operating Model Pillars for Make, Deliver and Customer.
  • Ensure successful integration of new Pillars with the ones already in place (Source and Plan), as well as co-lead initiatives to define priorities based on business needs.
  • Co-lead with direct report all change management strategies to successfully implement transformational initiatives being led by the COEs/Pillars.
  • Ensure connection between the transformation efforts with our SC talent profile and the SC Global Talent Strategy
  • Supports annual HR Processes across client group

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Previous HRBP experience leading org. design, talent management, and D&I efforts
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into HR strategy and lead all the way through execution
  • Strong bias for action and results, while still building strong relationships
  • Proven ability to effectively navigate the organization both in and out of HR
  • Previous experiences managing change successfully and managing/influencing stakeholders
  • Comfortable, resilient, and flexible when dealing with ambiguity or change
