Overview & Responsibilities

R&A group in Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for execution and publishing /development of the reports which support and aid in decision making process operational Supply Chain initiatives. These initiatives support Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Units, Strategic Initiatives teams, and other functional areas. It leverages industry leading Dash boarding , Data Visualizations in the areas of logistics, Supply planning and other supply chain functions

This group also provides opportunity to support leadership team reporting and Dash boarding support for key strategic business issues, projects and programs.  The group works directly with SME’s, Sr.Exe, Tech Consultant and Project Manager for developing Dashboards and Reports, data massaging, data cleansing using data visualization.

 

Responsible for gathering and analyzing data and providing clear recommendations to advance R&A initiatives. The role will include industry, commodity, SAP and financial data acquisition, analysis and reporting. This role may expand to support other cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives in the future.

 Incumbent will be responsible for Designing/Understanding the data and Logic for building dashboards/Reports using Macros and Dash boarding tools. Will be Closely working with Sr.Exe and tech consultant to Build reports/Dashboards.

Responsible for gathering and analyzing data and providing clear recommendations to advance R&A initiatives.

–       Hands-on Experience in developing and tracking KPI’s/Scorecards.

–       Data cleaning from different systems/ Data sources (SAP BW, Oracle or Access )

–       Data formatting – Structuring/ Mapping different data sets into Master views for Dashboard.

–       Leveraging VBA/MS Access/SQL for Automation/Streamlining Reports/Dashboards.

Ability to research/explore existing/new reporting tools, methodologies and recommend the most effective ways to meet business needs

Responsible for creating some user friendly reporting frameworks (static, dynamic) and building the dashboards by integrating the data from multiple sources. SharePoint website maintenance & optimization to facilitate communication.

Collaborate with Internal/External Stakeholders along with Subject Matter Experts in development of dashboards and Tool Development

Qualifications
  • Expert in MS Excel – Advance complex formula, nested conditions, Data conversions, Calculations etc.
  • MS Access : Creating Queries, Views, Linking data from different sources, Creating pivot cubes
  • Good understanding of Data visualization – Charts, Provide meaning to data, Provide insights
  • Excellent understanding of different data dimension – Customer, Transactional data, Order
