Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analysis and related information for management decisions
- Budget & Planning – Work with commercial teams to prepare annual budget and monthly rolling forecast
- Business Partnering with commercial team on NPD launches, ROI analysis
- Business support role to Sales team with customer level analysis, by brands/sku’s/channels.
- Initiate operational efficiencies and monitor SG&A
- Conduct Capital Project Assessments for new shop opening projects to justify investments
- Conduct feasibility studies for any potential business opportunities
- Work closely with various functions on ad hoc assignments in improving the overall financial efficiency for the organization
- Drive cost saving or “Can-Do” projects with cross functional team
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3 years’ working experience in financial analysis at sizeable organizations, experience in FMCG, F&B is a plus
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- PC proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
