COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS
Our Courageous Conversations series connects the world outside our walls to our culture. By bringing together General Mills employees for candid, courageous dialogue on important issues affecting our work and lives, we build empathy, get comfortable with productive discourse and engage with each other. Led by trained General Mills facilitators around the world through in-person and online forums, we're addressing subjects like immigration, race, disability in the workplace, #MeToo, unconscious bias, microaggressions and more. With each discussion, we're generating deeper levels of trust and empathy, improving how we serve our consumers and how we work with each other.
